What about payments from your students?
These are separate from your subscription. GymBud and processing fees are normally added to the student's payment. You can choose to cover these fees; the amount and who pays depend on the payment method and your settings.

Each billing cycle, 100% of active students must pay through GymBud and your plan's minimum must be met:
- Base: 15 paying students
- Escala: 50 paying students
- Elite: 100 paying students
This benefit applies to the platform subscription. Payment fees still apply.

Can I use GymBud for in-person and online coaching?
Yes. Build workouts and follow your students in either format. Students access their workouts and record training in the app.
Do I need to change how I build workouts?
You can build your library and adapt workouts to your method. GymBud supports program selection and adaptation. In the suggestion queue, you review, edit or dismiss before assigning. Campaigns with automatic assignment use a specific setting.
How do I switch from another tool or spreadsheet?
Create your account, build your library and invite your students. If you need to transfer information from another tool, contact our team to confirm what can be moved before switching.
Does the student pay for the app?
There is no separate Student App subscription. The download is free; access and features depend on the coaching service purchased from you. Payments through GymBud may include fees, depending on the payment method and who covers them.
What happens after 15 days?
The eligible initial trial does not require a card. To continue on a paid plan, choose a subscription. Terms, limits and any eligible trial extension are shown before you subscribe.
Do I need to bring all my students at once?
You can start gradually, within your plan's limit. Having your subscription covered is a separate condition: 100% of active students must pay through GymBud, and the plan's minimum number of paying students must be met each cycle.
